Weekly Planning

Weekly planning is the key to long-term planning. This is where planning meets action.

  1. Where are you journaling? Notebook, planner, white board, etc. And physically; where do you feel comfortable to be honest in your writing?

  2. Make a weekly plan; will you journal at night? In early AM? Lunchtime? Daily or weekly? If it can be consistent, you will foster a true habit and it won’t feel overwhelming.

  3. Breakdown your Ta-Da list! (similar to To Do but more fun)

    -Identify your big tasks/goals (finding a specialty?)
    -Prioritize the tasks in order of importance (what am I doing to reach that goal?)
    -Plan how to make a small daily step move you closer to that goal!
